Fujita's career began in 2005 with minor roles in Akahori Gedou Hour Rabuge (Maid), Happy Seven ~The TV Manga~ (Tomomi Sasaki), Shuffle! (a schoolgirl), and Speed Grapher (Kozue Kokubunji). In 2006, she voiced Mina Yayoi in Tokimeki Memorial Only Love and Kinu Kanisawa in Tsuyokiss Cool×Sweet. Her role as Hatsune Miku, the voice provider for the Vocaloid software, began in 2007 and has continued through numerous video games including the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA series, Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai, Miku Flick, and Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!. In 2005, Saki Fujita began her voice acting career with minor roles. By 2006, she had landed her first main role as Mina Yayoi in Tokimeki Memorial Only Love, also singing its ending theme "Kiseki no Kakera" with Yuki Makishima and Yukako Yoshikawa. Her most iconic role began in 2007 when she provided the main voice samples for the Vocaloid software Hatsune Miku, a role that would define her career. In 2010, she voiced Mahiru Inami in Working!!, a role she reprised in 2011 and 2015. She voiced Ayano Sugiura in YuruYuri from 2011 through 2019. In 2013, she voiced Ymir in Attack on Titan, a role she reprised in 2017 and 2019. She voiced Akagi in Kantai Collection in 2015 and in the 2016 film KanColle: The Movie. In 2017, she voiced Yukari Kotozume/Cure Macaron in Kirakira PreCure a la Mode, appearing in the 2017 film and the 2018 crossover film Pretty Cure Super Stars!.
